Uus, Parnu Old Town, Estonia Welcome to Uus - our stylish penthouse apartment in the centre of the old town in Parnu. It's available for holiday rental all year round. It sleeps 4 people and is fully furnished. The apartment was built in 2004 and newly furnished in June 2006. The location is superb and just a short walk away from Parnu's glorious beach. All within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes, banks - everything you would expect from a popular resort. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the bus station is 5 minutes walk, where buses run hourly to and from Tallinn (and many other large towns & cities). The tourist information office is 200m away crammed full of ideas to help you do as much or as little as you want during your time in Parnu. .As the name suggests, the penthouse apartment is at the top of a very modern three storey building. The bottom floors are used by local businesses who operate 9-5 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, the front door to the building is locked, only accessible to those with a key or the door entry code, so is very secure. lklklklkllkllkl The apartment is light and spacious. It sleeps four and has one bedroom. The floors are wood laminate throughout. There is a double bed and modern white drawers with tall mirror, bedside stools and bedside lamp in the bedroom. There is also a hairdryer, iron & ironing board. There is a door leading to a private balcony with the above view. adsfadsfdsaf The living area seats four comfortably with two sofas - one being a sofa bed. There is a colour television, DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette stereo. There is also a cherry sideboard for storage. There is another door leading to a separate balcony off the living area. asdfasdfgadgfdg The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd expect in a home from home, such as built-in oven/hob & grill, fridge/freezer and microwave with grill. There's also a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. There are plenty of plates, bowls, pans, cups, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils etc to cover most catering requirements! fdgfglklklklkfgfgf The bathroom is a "wetroom", tiled from floor to ceiling, with toilet, basin and shower. All heating and electric costs are included in the price of your holiday. There are thermostatic valves on each radiator to control room temperature. fdgfglklklklkfgfgf There is a public car park to the front of the apartment, which is free between 1800 and 0800 hours. Parking outside of these hours is free at the Port Artur shopping centre just a few minutes walk away. For the enjoyment of ALL our guests, smoking is not permitted in Uus. And sorry, we don't normally allow pets either (please ring for details). There is an iron and ironing board and an airer. Bed linen can be provided at extra cost, or you can bring your own if you prefer (bottom sheet, double duvet covers and 2 pillow cases per person are required). Please let us know if you require linen and we will send you an order form. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Oh, and don't forget your favourite CDs and DVDs.
